Tranquility Mandala Rug FREE Crochet Pattern

52BCED5C-99BA-4E49-8782-F3E0E1530114.JPG

This pattern was intended for an advanced beginner or intermediate crochet skill level. This Rug was designed and debuted in Trinidad and Tobago, a sunny tropical island in the Caribbean. It is my first ever rug pattern & I am so excited to share this with you! I used one of the most beautiful Mandala Yarns from Lion Brand Yarn to create this one! It will be made in rounds so feel free to use any color choice for each round. Let your creative juices flow!

This can be made to any size imaginable! Ultimately, you can use any weight of yarn but take into consideration that this might alter the size & shape of the pattern. Once you create the size as shown in the photo above, you will get the gist of how the groups of 7 rounds are created. In the pattern, there are spacer lines to help you identify where the rounds of 7 are. It is quite repetitive once you get the hang of it!

We do hope you enjoy! And don’t hesitate to share your finished photos with us! We’d love to see your creations!

Your Tranquility Mandala Rug is now completed!

You can choose to add more rows to your desired size!

To Create more rounds, repeat rounds 25 - 31 with a minor adjustment to the first round of the 7

This means that instead of chaining 6 to start your round, you will chain 7 instead. And in the following round, you will HDC 7 times around your 7 CH stitches. And the pattern repeats from there with any extra rounds of 7, just add one more chain to your first round of the 7!

Enjoy! & please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns! We will be eager to respond! :D
