Sea Side Skirt Digital Crochet Pattern

Sale Price:$7.60 Original Price:$8.60
sale

Digital Crochet Pattern. This pattern is intended for an intermediate crochet skill level (or an advanced beginner). This skirt was designed and debuted by Elizabeth Gonsalves in Trinidad, a sunny tropical twin island in the Caribbean also known as Trinidad and Tobago.

This skirt consists of the main wavy design that takes up the majority of the skirt. Once this is made to your size, there will be the top edging, bottom scalloped edging & drawstring to attach. You are free to create this skirt to the length that suits your preferred style & also you are given the option to create tassels at the end of your draw string, with or without beads attached.

I have sectioned this pattern into a few parts to make this understandable for you. There is some measuring involved to ensure a perfectly custom fit. For this project, I recommend a weight 3 LIGHT / weight 4 MEDIUM yarn. However, you can use any weight of yarn. Keep in mind that this may alter the size & the look of the final piece. Cotton yarn is recommended for this project. I used weight 4 medium Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton yarn in the color beige. I recommend that you read through the pattern first to familiarize yourself with the process before beginning.

You are free to use this pattern to make finished pieces to sell online, make gifts for your friends/family or to make for yourself to use! If you do post pictures online, feel free to tag us as we would love to see what you make. Please do not copy or re-distribute this written pattern on any platform, this is strictly not allowed.
