Firstly, the cups will be made & attached, then the ruffles at the bottom and finally the top straps will be added. There is some measuring involved to ensure a perfectly custom fit. You can use any weight 2 FINE yarn. I used a mix of 50% bamboo and 50% cotton yarn from YarnArt. The softer the yarn, the more the ruffles will drape nicely!
